In order to better promote green spaces in cities, the Forestry Commission asked us to come up with an interactive installation that would educate visitors about the benefits of green spaces.

We developed Greenspot, ten trees installed in the Courtyard at Liverpool’s Bluecoat. The exhibition featured plaques displaying facts about trees and green spaces, plus interactive audio and lighting. We designed and installed the project, built a website to give the installation an online home and led the marketing and public relations. Once Greenspot had completed its term at The Bluecoat, we found a new home for the exhibition at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital. The trees were decked out in Christmas decorations and poems written by some of the young patients accompanied the display.
